TIME + SPACE + WORK is operated by the TIME + SPACE Co who are committed to curating flexible, authentic and affordable workspaces for those working in the creative industries with an emphasis on specialty, amenity and hospitality. We provide a range of flexi or resident desks and private office space, areas for private calls and meeting rooms for hire as well as opportunities for networking and discounted food + drink on site.

We love using buildings for creative purposes and bring vision, leadership and direction to projects by collaborating with stakeholders to unlock value. Our strength is understanding how to use space and we have a proven record in urban regeneration.



  • Oversee the daily operations of the TIME + SPACE workspaces.

  • Manage the club to achieve its membership sales and other revenue targets.

  • Take potential members on club tours and answer any questions they may have.

  • Forge and maintain a good relationship with all members.

  • Introduce members in our network to promote collaborations and enterprise.

  • Develop and execute creative marketing schemes for the clubs.

  • Provide quotes and invoices using accounting software.

  • Business development, devising comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies.

  • Identify areas of opportunities for capital improvements across the organisation, including opportunities to increase revenue, reduce cost, increase profitability and improve efficiency.

  • Filter and translate the Managing Director's ideas into functional plans for the company.

  • Assist the team with the day-to-day running of multiple creative spaces across
    London when required.




  • You will have creative and business flare as well as operational skills to support in the running of Time + Space + Work.

  • A flexible and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders including prospective members, organisations and individuals, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

  • The ability to multitask and manage a number of different projects and relationships effectively.

  • A natural sales ability with the passion to drive and exceed targets.

  • An energetic, proactive approach, a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.

  • Highly self-motivated with a sense of humour, even under pressure.

  • Organised and able to keep on top of all leads and follow up accordingly.

  • Ambitious with a desire to develop your own skills and grow with this exciting and fast-paced business.

  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations.


  • Experience of working in work space, hospitality or event sectors.

  • Experience sales and operating businesses.

  • Experience in both physical and digital marketing.

  • A background in the arts and creative industries & management.
